Fragments II is part of The Geometry of Silence, an ongoing series exploring memory, absence, and the emotional architecture of space.

Composed of simplified geometric forms, muted tones, and a solitary red sun suspended above an ambiguous landscape, the painting evokes the sensation of recalling a place that no longer exists in its original form. The doorway becomes a symbol of transition, while the fragmented structures suggest memories that have faded, shifted, and been reconstructed over time.

Rather than depicting a specific location, the work invites viewers to enter a psychological space where memory and imagination overlap. What remains is not a narrative, but an atmosphere — quiet, reflective, and suspended between presence and disappearance.
